Clifton-Fine’s building condition survey (BCS) can be accessed through the links below. A BCS is a New York State requirement to be conducted every five years to ensure the integrity of the school buildings for the safety of its students and staff.
The items listed are possible repairs the district may address over the next 5 to 10 years. The district is in the process of prioritizing each item. Some items can be addressed in-house with our maintenance staff, some can be addressed through our yearly mini-projects, some may be combined into a Capital Project, and yet some may be delayed past 5 years, all depending on the immediacy of the need.
